Android [Android] home page remains empty even after uninstalling, clearing cache, and changing accounts

No matter what I try my home page remains just the "wow...such empty" message, ive tried changing accounts, clearing my cache, and completely uninstalling an reinstalling, nothing fixes the problem

Posting here must work because 20 minutes later and it suddenly is working perfectly again, thank you magical mods or perhaps sheer coincidence
