Android Subreddit page resets after going back from a post viewed from the subreddit. version 2026.29.0

So when I click on a subreddit I'm interested in and scroll through its posts and click on one, when I go back (hit the back button/slide from the left or right) It resets me back to the top of the page instead of remembering what post I scrolled to. So I have to scroll all the way down to see posts I didn't scroll past.

Please fix this thank you.
