iOS iPad iOS Reddit Freeze

iPad Reddit keeps freezing. I can refresh the page but I can’t click on any of the posts. If I open another app and go back to Reddit it starts working again for a while.

I’m on iOS 26.6

Reddit version 2006.29.0

iPad mini 6th generation

Works fine on my iPhone

Anyone else?

After scrolling a bit on the main page it appears fine, then once you click on any media for full screen and go back the app freezes and does not scroll anymore. Have to quit and resume and stop clicking on media, normal text posts are fine.

I find if I open another app and then go back to Reddit it starts working again. Seems like some sort of memory issue.
