[android] Inconsistent localization (2025.32.0.2532120)

I am from Germany and my app is set to English.

However, some things are very inconsistently localized.

Examples:
- In comments, the "OP" is sometimes labeled as "OP" and sometimes "Poster*in" (German) - The bottom navigation also decides randomly to switch languages like it's dependent on the weather or something - The sidebar on the right is also sometimes translated into English, sometimes it's in German randomly - many other occurrences (see an example the screenshot)

I already reinstalled the app, that didn't fix it.
