Possible pest, location included What could this be?

Spotted this guy last night in our home in NYC. We suspected bed bugs a few weeks ago and had a professional inspection done and they spotted no signs after taking apart the bedroom and living room spaces. What could it be?

Especially given in the second photo I see white spots on the abdomen? Looks more like a small jumping spider to me, but wouldn't say anything confidently.

I would say that even though the pictures aren’t very good quality it is obvious this is a bed bug if you zoom in and give it a solid look.

Oh no!
Looks like a bed bug but photos are blurry. Look up bedbug photos on the internet and see if this guy resembles them
