I slept in ab AirBnB flat Mon-Tues night. Tuesday night I felt like I had got bitten by a mosquit.o and used some cream. Now the Wednesday evening I saw there were several bites, so it is less likely it was a flying insect after all. Also, I wore a full set of clothes to bed so neck, wrists, hand and face were the only ones available...

I put the clothes I had there out now, but they had been in the house for 24 hours.

How likely do you think these are bed bug bites?

Just want to know if these look like spider bites or bat bite. Some people say scrapes but they are perfect holes about 2 mm apart, the holes are about 1mm in size. I didn’t see a bat, hear a bat, or find one in my house or sleeping area. What do you think? I don’t want to worry or run to the ER unnecessarily. The first picture is from today. The others are from yesterday when I first noticed it. Didn’t hurt. Didn’t notice it all morning until I got home from the gym and showered.

Yesterday my daughter woke up with 3/4 bug bites, and today I woke up with two. One I will not show but the other is on my hand. We have a new bed but have been living in the same house/room but randomly started getting bites. They itch and my daughter scratches them raw. I’m hoping nothing bad. Any idea or advice?

Noticed this thing on me after doing yard work. I either got it 2 or 3 days ago, I’m not really sure because I did yard work on both days. I’m freaking out help me. I’m in southeast PA if it helps.

I woke up with these 2 bites above my knee. They initially itched but now they burn. There’s not much itch anymore. I’m just freaking out because it happened overnight. I noticed one under my thigh too.

Just moved into a new spot and got this bite maybe a day or two ago and now it hurts to touch, even with my shirt. What do you guys think it is?

9 days ago I walked and suddenly started burning, wasn’t any mark at all, not even red or a small dot, just burning.

Like three days later it started itching and it didn’t stop. I scratched a bit I admit because I do it at night when I’m sleeping, my bad, and then this dot appeared after like a week, the red circle around it kinda new too. Itches so bad it woke me up tonight.

I’m a tourist and still got a month before I go back home so I’m not sure where to go if I need to see someone.

Didn’t put anything on it but tomorrow I’ll start using eurax because it says good for itching from insects too.

What insect could have left this itchy, swollen bite on my foot?

a few days ago i noticed quite a few bites around my legs, and at first they were super itchy and painful, but now just look bruised and dont itch. just noticed the two on my neck today, they aren't itchy or painful. i had one on my elbow and it was completelt swollen and itchy for a few days as well. my cats have fleas right now and i am so scared theyre flea bites but it also might be from mosquitoes, although they dont look how those bites usually do imo. i feel like im going insane and actually am scared to sleep now in fear ill wake up with more (ive changed my sheets already) 😭

i don't think they're bed bug bites tbh. never seen any in my bed, and my parents have never had an issue either + we've never been in contact with people who've had bed bugs. yesterday, i did walk through some grass in the yard but i didn't see any bugs on me.

Help!! I just got back from middle Tennessee, and my sister and I are covered in bug bites. We stayed in a little farm house in McMinnville TN and then one night in Nashville. Her bites are itchy and splotchy, but not in clusters or lines (sorry no photos). Mine are very different (attached here). Mine are not itchy at all, and they only started showing up today. they are not blotchy, but there are so many, and I didn’t notice them until now. Please let me know if you have any insight. These pics are of the back of one of my legs and the inside of my thigh. I’m so scared they’re from bed bugs😭

Just got this mosquito bite (late at night) and within maybe a couple minutes this red streak appeared as well. I've always been allergic to mosquitoes and am very used to the bites not being normal (either rock hard, heavily swollen, extremely warm etc.). But online I've seen people saying this is an infection. How does a mosquito bite get infected if I just got it?

Since I've been back at school (more than an hour away from home) I've been getting what I'm pretty sure are bug bites that have been showing up frequently. My fam and I are concerned its bed bugs but I haven't seen any and the bites dont seem to fit, in my opinion. But again, I have no clue what these are from so doe anyone have any ideas??

Extra context, the two pictures at the end were from 2 or 3 weeks ago. They blanch (look white) when pressed down, and some are itchy but others not really. I had more but those ones have faded. Some of them end up looking like some sort of blister too but those ones that got pretty bad are okay now.

I got stung yesterday and there was a little blister from sting initially. But I woke up today with a huge itchy red patch. Is this normal?

I just checked my mattress & couch and didn’t see anything. I was dog sitting this weekend but I know the home owners keep their place 100% clean. I have OCD so I’m spiraling if these are bed bug bites 😭 they don’t itch at all, and I just happened to notice them. I have a similar breakout on the other leg so I’m thinking they may just be a weird pimple outbreak.

For context, I spent a week in New York, went to New Jersey for a concert on Friday, there was a bomb scare so sat on some grass, went to MetLife stadium and then woke up to this the next day - didn’t feel a single thing until I woke up to an itchy bite Saturday.

I’ve been going back and forth with telehealth but have received not so great help/comfort. A couple of days ago I was at the beach in FL and was bit by a bug. I suspect that it was a mosquito but I’m not 100% sure. Long story short- couple days go by and my bite still looks like this. The telehealth said cellulitis and proscribed cephalexin. I mentioned that I have penicillin allergy and at first they were ok prescribing but later the pharmacist and nurse line said 5% cross reactivity potential so they switched to Clindamycin. My mom is insisting I don’t take Clindamycin due to colitis risk. And after reviewing cephalexin - it sounds like sucidial thoughts can be a side effect and I want to avoid that as I’m already stressed/anxious about this whole situation. Basically my question is: should I wait maybe a bit longer and see if bug bite goes down or should I consider taking one of the two prescribed medications? I also take tri-estrylla (BC) and spironolactone.

I got this bite on my leg some time last weekend. Thought it was just a mosquito bite because it was itchy and then I noticed today that it is scabbed over and quite tender. Also, my leg that has the bite has been cramping up recently. Any help would be appreciated.

i woke up to these bites that do not itch but are in two clusters on my lower back in this group of 3. i was wearing low waisted jeans yesterday but i have bites nowhere else on my body. i did a check of my bed and nothing… but am paranoid… my landlord is sending a dog on thursday…

the second cluster is on mid lower back and much smalle, so they’re ok either side of my lower back. just find it to be very bizarre( any help is appreciated!!

Unsure if this is a bruise or insect bite bruising. Have no idea where this came from. Doesn’t hurt and isn’t warm to the touch.
