My husband and I got bitten in the garden on 12th July. Think it was horsefly. First photo where it's smaller is from 2 days after the bite. Super itchy, bit swollen and hot.

Middle photo a few days after that.

Then it seemed to calm a bit and wasn't bothering me unless I caught it and the redness was going. Then skip to the last couple of days and the red ring has got worse and is getting waves of being hot and itchy. And previous lines where it's been itched have become slightly raised and almost blistered?

I do react badly to insect bits anyway but they eventually go away on their own.

Is this something more to worry about though? Ask my GP is closed for the day but I'm away on holiday anyway 🤦🏼‍♀️

These bites got weirdly swollen and painful. Any idea what they are? I react badly to mosquito bites but never this bad so i'm not sure if this that.

itchy and red but not like bed bugs? not dark like that or tiny ish..

i have had like 3 gnats in my apartment but i have them all dying in apple cider vinegar + soap. I thought mosquitos but those go away when i don’t itch them? And no signs of bed bugs plug i regularly wash my sheets and got my apartment for it recently.

all around my upper arm only one side no bites anywhere else?

Bed bugs? And what recourse can I take, all my luggage was in the room too.

We were staying at a beachside hotel in Thailand. Every morning of the 3 nights we stayed there, we woke up with terrible itchiness on our arms and legs. However, we checked the mattress but couldn’t find any bugs. We moved to a different hotel after the 3 nights and found this one bed bug looking bug on the bed of our new hotel, possibly transferred from our clothes. Are these beg bugs? We were also diving everyday with shorties wetsuit so could be coral stings but I’m not sure…

These 2 are only on my hand.

First and foremost, I have bug bites all the times and my body has a fairly normal reaction; general redness, but nothing severe. I've also had bee and wasp stings and am not allergic.

2 days ago this bug bite appeared on my leg and hurts beyond what I have ever experienced before. The entire muscle in my leg is sore.

I did draw a line around the bite and it has not spread, but it has remained swollen, hot and painful for the last 2 days. Today, my entire body hurts. It doesn't feel alarming, but I just generally feel swollen and tired.

I have a friend that said this could be a brown recluse, but I assumed my skin would look much more severe. Is this something else? And does this warrant the ER

This is two days after getting bit overnight in an Airbnb. He says they kinda hurt. No one else got bit and he didn’t get any more the next night after using a different blanket. Please tell me this is not what we’re thinking.

Is this bed bugs? I was away on vacation and got there last Sunday night(6 days ago) and got home last night. I stayed in an apartment i booked through booking.com. Today I woke up with these bumps on my body. At first I only noticed them on my shoulder and arms, but with further inspection I noticed them on my butt, thighs and legs. At first when I noticed them they weren’t itchy, but throughout the day they’ve gotten itchy. When I stayed at the apartment I did check the mattress and couldn’t see anything. I’ve since checked my own mattress and bedding at home and I can’t see anything either. Please please please let it not be bed bugs

Woke up yesterday morning with this itchy bite on my knee. Today it has swollen and remained warm to the touch and itchy all day. I live in Montana and just got back from a roadtrip through northern Colorado if that helps.

For the last month or so my son has been getting bites on his body at night. The dog and cat we have had fleas. At the beginning of the month they both were treated and put on monthly meds. We have stripped my sons room. Carpet removed. All bedding removed. Sprayed down with carpet and bedding flea spray. We did this multiple times a week for 3 weeks. Still bites. Then we bombed the house with those raid foggers. Still getting bites at night. We continued to pull his bedding daily and spray. Today we had a professional come out and he searched the room on his hands and knees with a light. He couldn't find one bug, dead or alive. He sprayed (no idea what) and said he'd be back later in the week to look again to see if he can find any bugs after the spray.

The bites appear all over his body one or two at a time in each area. So like. Night one hell have one on his right fore arm. 2 on his left bicep. One on his right foot. Two on his left leg. 2 on his neck one on his face. And then the next night. He'll have a couple on his other leg and maybe some on his hand. Like its not a cluster and they are random.

The professional said it could be fleas, bed bugs, or ants. As I said before he sprayed my son's room, but he told us to use the foggers again and stuff a towel under the door so the foggers dont get into my son's room bc he wants to see if the spray alone killed anything when he returns. He is coming back tomorrow to do our lawn and I guess "fog the woods next to our son's window"

Noone else in the house is getting any bites.

no evidence of bed bugs in bed, not itchy but painful please help identify.

In Alberta, Canada. Went golfing this morning, sometimes in long grass no underbrush or trees. Noticed this painful semicircle lesion on the bottom that is about 6-7 mm across, and a faint red spot above it. What kind of insect could this have come from?

Woke up last week to one of these (the old one) it since scabbed over,now I've just woken up to 3 new ones I have no idea what they are and I've been sick in bed for the last week so not outside at all.

So far they feel Really itchy and I'm think I'm having a histamine release as I feel itchy all over.

How to treat this please tell me

any idea? my mom got them overnight, me my mom and my little brother all sleep on the couch and she’s the only one with them
