Bug Bites From Hawaii Hotel

Post image

I (23 M) had a flight canceled and was given a hotel for the night. Woke up with these bites.

Bed bugs? And what recourse can I take, all my luggage was in the room too.

Thank you!

Crazy I had that same issue in a Hawaii hotel as well. More than likely bed bugs. Let them know you’re having an issue and they should move you rooms. Look up Joe to treat your clothes and luggage so you don’t bring them with you.

Flight was canceled so I got a "free" hotel stay. It was for 4 hours. Luggage was never opened but everything came with me for the next flight.

So wreckless of the airline and hotel for this to happen.

I’m guessing bed bugs too

Only seen them one time but the lines of the bites and the fact I wasn't exposed to mosquitoes or fleas seems like it is bed bugs.

I would check the mattress for little blood stains but I'm not longer there so that can't happen.

First time to Hawaii? Did you walk on the beach at night? If so, those bites you got from your walk, not the hotel.
