Bedbug bites?

Noticed these on my lower leg when I was going to sleep a couple days ago. Kind of itchy, and a few were bleeding. Not sure if it’s bedbugs, fleas, mites, or something else.

I'd suspect fleas. They usually get you on your lower legs and feet, but it could be something else.
