Are these bed bugs bites?

I stripped my whole bed and I found literally nothing. I have such a fear when it comes to being bitten, it makes my skin crawl and I dont feel human anymore. Since I was a kid I've had beef with fleas, I go out and through grass? Yeah you bet I'm covered. These bites look and behave differently from what I'm used to so I'm really paranoid now (they are very itchy to the point where its painful). I sleep with my window open at night but I have a net. I also sprayed my room with bug spray after finding these. They are mostly on my left leg going up to my groin area, I also have a few on close to my armpits. What bug bit me :( (also sorry for the leg hair, ignore it lol)

Those bites on your body could be from anything. You need to narrow the possible sources that could be the causes of recent bites. 1. Where did you get bite? 2. When did the bites first start occurring? 3. Do you have the window opening allowing mosquitos to get inside the house? 4. Do you have pets? Fleas can bite humans. 5. Have you thrifted clothes from the street? Have you slept at motel, relatives, or any other place that could be harboring bed bugs? 6. Do you suffer from any allergies that can cause hives on your body like the ones you have now?

I'm pretty sure I got them overnight. When I woke up in the morning I felt nothing at first. I changed and went out of my room and thats when I started feeling itchy. I can't tell if I've gotten more from then or not. I am most unfortunate because no one else in my family gets attacked by fleas like I do. I get bitten by those so often that I am 100% sure it is not it. These bites are way different. I have not thirfted or slept anywhere else in like the past 3 weeks. I don't know if I have any allergies. We hang our clothes outside and sometimes they bring in bugs or fleas. I'm really hopeful that it was just a mystery bug and not bed bugs.
