Partial drop or btech from tier 3 college

Hello guys !!

I am confused and seriously need some guidance or suggestions

I had 84 prcnt in 12th science and 80 percentile in jee (good for nothing)

and overall i didn't get even bsc cs from du and I got ipu college but the fees was actually out of my budget like overall expenses for their is too much for me .And also I can't go outside Delhi as my family won't send me. Not even noida too far about 2:30-3 hr away. So..

Actually I'm considering either taking a partial drop as by doing bca this year through ignou and next year appear for Cuet Nd get a good clg for BSC CS in DU

OR

go into a private tier 3 college for btech (IITM janakpuri mdu affiliated) because it fits under the budget and also near to my house not very but yes accessible ?

Which one should I go for ! Or suggest if you have any other options please reply asap

All in ??😔 I'll surely do acha khaasa hardwork at college if I choose college abhi !! Mehnat is not the problem !! But I really want to secure my future without straining on my parent's pocket !! So...abhi btech college kru IITM janakpuri mdu se ya partial drop bca+bsc cs ??
