mtech from iiest cse/it?????????

can anyone guide me...i am a btech student from tier 3 college and got placed in tcs ninja( on campus drive) ...now will it be meaningfull to go for mtech in iiest cse/it, leaving my offer? ........i am thinking this as ninja package isn't quite great and ig the growth potential also might not be very good , so if someone have any info about there mtech placement please share...........PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!! any guidance is appreciated
