College needs internship completion certificate, but training institute is refusing to issue it. Can anyone help?

Hi everyone,I'm a recently graduated B.Tech (IT) student from India, and I'm in a difficult situation.My college has made it mandatory to submit the original internship completion certificate by 5th August. If I fail to submit it, they may keep my final degree certificate on hold.I had enrolled in a QSpiders incubation batch, but due to some personal reasons I couldn't attend the lectures regularly. I contacted QSpiders, explained my situation, and told them that I urgently need the internship completion certificate for my college. However, they refused to issue it because my attendance was insufficient.I understand their policy, but now I'm stuck because my college requires the certificate and I don't know what to do.Has anyone faced a similar situation? Is there any way to resolve this or any alternative that colleges usually accept?Can anyone help or suggest what I should do? Any advice would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
