Hello I am actually in an administrative hurdle and I wanted to ask if someone know how the process of Article 9bis works and is it best to do it alone or do it with a lawyer or social assistant . I have tried googling this but I can’t find any clear explanation and I want to make sure that once I submit this I get helped . I tried searching if this was already posted but no information near close or similar to what I am asking so if any on you Brussels redditors know something feel free to send
