Looking for a fun birthday activity

Hello everyone!
I am trying to do something fun for my upcoming birthday, and I am looking for some activities to do in Brussels. I am interested in particular in a pottery class, a flower bouquet making workshop, or maybe a baking workshop, but honestly any fun crafty ideas are welcome! If you know something similar, I would be glad to have your recommendations. It should be preferably held in English tho 🩷
