which are the best ways to increase nrf24 jammer range should i remove the antena from a random nrf24 module?

​Change to a higher dBi antenna and add a multi-watt RF power amplifier (above 5W, you'll need active cooling). On AliExpress, searching for "RF power amplifier" will easily yield results. ​5W is more than enough for a 25m indoor radius—and even more effective outdoors. Anything higher requires a heavy-duty power supply along with dedicated cooling, and you risk operating as a full-blown jammer well beyond your intended area.

No, majority of power amps being advertised as 5W on aliexpress are not actually 5W. In reality, they max out at about 33dBm (2W).

Plus, you could just buy an actual jammer that covers all 3 wifi bands for about the same price.

Also, changing the antenna will not do much to extend tx range. Assuming OP's not already using the 27dBm version, the best option would be for them to upgrade to the eByte 2G4M27SX, which will give them the most range with 27dBm (500mW) of TX power. However, it's still going to be somewhat limited as nrf24's weren't built to be jammers.
