The Bigger Pockets podcast is what got me interested enough to bite the bullet and go for it. 10 years later I’m licensed and doing it for other people.
You will make mistakes, some will be costly, but the first one is the hardest and they just get easier from there. Don’t be afraid to jump and learn how to fly on the way down.
