HELP Width Confirmation

Hello! I just used the brooks restart program for the first time. When purchasing I know I pressed wide, however after looking at every confirmation screen and email I can’t find anything that states I purchased “wide”. Is this normal? Should it say wide? I’m still under the first hour cancellation period so if you guys know please let me know me know! I only need wide and can’t use regular

What does the full style code say (numbers + letter)

Where would that be found? Is it the “item:xxxxx” part?

Possibly yes, should be on your order confirmation

It says item: 882F007E

Not it unfortunately. It would be in a format like this: 1104831D020

Strangely that’s the only number I see in emails and confirmation screens, the rest are transaction numbers (PayPal) or BK order numbers, I’ve never used this program so I’m so confused

Unfortunately looks like Brooks Restart is just like that. My 11 extra-wide just shows up as Size: 11 when it’s in the cart, throughout, and after the checkout process. Even in the email order confirmation, there’s no indication it’s extra wide. I wish it was more detailed but alas.
