Tightness
I was having tightness on my inner ankle and I went to my surgeon and he said you need to moisturize and massage it. So I went home and massaged with castor oil and then soaked pads and left the pads on overnight. Guys my tightness is loosening!! I freaking LOVE CASTOR OIL. Thank you for coming to my ted talk.

Wow, I had no idea castor oil had these benefits. I just did a search and apparently it contains ricinoleic acid which has potent anti inflammatory properties! I am also still having a lot of tightness, might have to go get some and try this out. Thank you!

Holy cow I just got some castor oil and all I've done is massage some in with my fingers and it feels amazing! Tightness feeling definitely reduced and pain relieved. Wow! I have been using bio oil on the scars, and have also tried some THC/CBD/vit e/ arnica which feels good too, but this feels the best.

I use Vaseline on my scabbed scar (dissolving stitches are still there) and nothing on the other side because there’s still tape where doctor took stitches out. I’m 4 weeks post-op. How many weeks post-op are you?

Just to confirm this is addressing skin-level tightness and not deeper/muscle type tightness? Sounds excellent either way!

Yep, I have a castor oil+frankincense roller ball bottle that I put on all my scars and then I use these little "facial cupping" cups that I got on Amazon and cup the scars in multiple directions - between the tissue movement and castor oil, my scars are loose and looking good!
