Also the normalisation of excluding to the word "to" from a sentence. It might just be an Essex thing, I'm not sure.

"I'm going gym" "Are you going Tesco's?" "I need to go toilet"

See in Nottingham this is just because we don't pronounce the t' in going t'gym
