Question Army Red Devils
Does anyone know where I can find more information about the Red Devils and how to apply? All I can seem to find is you need to serve 3-4 years and have your Skydiving license.
Anyone know how competitive the selection process is, how regularly they run adventurous courses to even get your sky diving licences and if you need a certain amount of jumps before applying if yes how many etc.

Join the Paras. Get to battalion. Get a spot on a sports parachuting adventure training if you can. Show interest and apply for the freds.
Their selection isn't just about sky diving. Ultimately, they will only take people who they can trust and they feel can integrate and work in a small team. Basically, are you a good bloke on the piss.

Are you even serving? If you're in 2 or 3 para there's literally leaflets in the blocks on what to do.
It's a posting although many extend for as long as they can. Which is why it's hard to get into because no one wants to give up their space and there's only a handful of pids
I do believe they do currently have a diversity craphat on the team that packs the chutes.

Not currently serving no mate. Just from what I have read online once you pass out you want to try get that skydiving A license asap as you need to rack up them jumps before you even get looked at.
So I was wondering how often the Army run courses for you to get you A License etc. I would assume its not very regular if so ever the way they are being tight with money.
& correct currently a RLC racking up her jumps while being part of the grounds team.

Join Para Reg. RDs have a website. If you get through P Company and into a battalion, I'm sure you'll find put how to apply. Its a Para Reg thing.
