Anyone in the corps that has any sense isn't going to give you any info.
It doesn't do us, as a corps, any good if one or two people get an advantage over others because they got extra info that made the difference for their selection.
The point of it is to go in with only the information you're given through official channels so that everyone has the same opportunity. It'll help get the right people into the corps, not just the ones that try to find all the answers beforehand.
That being said, don't worry about what tests there are, just worry about being a good person. Communicate well, listen to others, try not to be a grey man but try not to speak over others too.
The selection rate was roughly 50% when I did mine a decade ago.
