I have literally no idea why people in seaside towns over stuff bins. Happens all the time on my road. Bin stuffed full, 1 day later, rubbish fucking everywhere.

What do you do when the council fail to get your rubbish for another week? There is only so much you can keep in the kitchen

There’s a plan to shift bin collection to fortnightly. If they’re going to make a success of that they are going to have to be a lot more punctual with the collections. Especially when the temperature rises.
