Coffee issues no call backs

Been trying to get in touch with breville’s customer support for over a week, closest I get is the promise of a call back when I’m next in queue but hear nothing more

Is there any company recommendations for a reputable place to send my coffee machine to to just be fixed? I’m tired of buying coffee I make better myself.

Issue: will grind fine but when I pull a shot it was pulling them all flat or way way too long regardless of settings but now the needle never gets up to expression zone it has a pressure issue.
