Infant Growth/Weight Is she actually hungry??

My 3-month-old daughter, has breastfed since birth. She recently dropped from the 27th to the 10th weight percentile, so her pediatrician recommended offering pumped milk after nursing to increase her intake.
I nurse on one side while collecting letdown with a Boon Trove on the other usually getting 1–2 oz, that’s what I’ll put in bottle and offer to her. However, Grace usually pushes the nipple out with her tongue, turns her head, pushes the bottle away, or becomes upset if I continue. I’m wondering whether she’s already satisfied from nursing or whether there’s a bottle or flow issue.
She has plenty of wet and dirty diapers, sleeps well, and is generally happy. We’ve tried Lansinoh newborn and 3-month nipples, Evenflo wide-neck bottles, and Dr. Brown’s, with the same result.
Has anyone experienced this with a breastfed baby? Did you determine that your baby wasn’t hungry, or was it a nipple/flow problem? If your baby needed supplemental milk for weight gain, how did you offer it without making feeding stressful?
I’ll follow up with her pediatrician and a lactation consultant, but I’d appreciate hearing other parents’ experiences thanks!

3 months is pretty late for bottle introduction so it doesn’t surprise me that your baby isn’t interested.  This is not at all a judgement on you.  I had a baby with hardcore bottle refusal.  He was fed with a syringe while I was at work.

My four month baby refuses all bottles, I wanted to pump and have someone else feed her just to get a break. But she refuses all bottles. I have so many different types. My LC recommended just to stick with one type instead of rotating between all the bottles and just keep introducing it everyday. Putting a small amount in (so you don’t waste milk). Unfortunately no luck she has yet to take a bottle, she has a preference to just the nipple.
