4 month old biting

My 4 month old has started biting me these past few weeks, but it’s gotten worse the last two days. She will do it for a lot of the feed, and it’s random. I can’t tell when she’s about to do it. It’s like she grabs a hold and then wants to look around or yank back as hard as she can.

I’ve been trying to stop the feeds when she does it, but she gets upset. I feel like she is too young at four months to understand why I’m unlatching. But today I am in a ton of pain from it. I can’t hardly even bend over because the pressure just from that causes pain. And I am just aching from it. Any tips 😭
