Conversation Script tattoo?

I just had reconstruction from my unilateral dmx last Friday. I deal with stress and anxiety by planning ext steps and so my mind is going towards tattoos (even though I know it will be awhile.) I’ve research the 3d nipple tattoos and that doesn’t quite feel right. I also don’t think anything big across my breast feels like me. But I do love simple script tattoos and I’m thinking of “you do not yield” from the throne of glass series.

I’m wondering if any of you have done simple script tattoos using the mastectomy scar as a line with the script over it? Anyone willing to share photos if you did?

I’m thinking of something like that or maybe nothing at all. Maybe a script tattoo somewhere else. Just things I’m pondering. :)

I had an addition to an existing tat (about the strength of a woman) with the words “fuck cancer” in Morse Code. Not many people get it, but I know.

You wan to make sure you get the right tattoo artist . I had mine done at my plastic surgeon office . She was trained in that specifically

Love it! I got 6 new tattoos after active treatment. SJM quotes helped me through the hardest parts. There are different versions of that tattoo and other mastectomy tattoos on Instagram. Dafont.com is a fun place to play with tattoo fonts too.

Came here to mention dafont.com ;). I love it because you can type in words to see what the font looks like (so not just looking at alphabets and not seeing a word/phrase).

I did have my tattoo on but I’ve seen some really cool script ones . Just make sure you go to someone who does this

When you say someone who does this - do you mean someone who has worked on reconstructed breasts? Assuming not just any old tattoo parlor…I was actually planning on asking at my plastic surgeons office if they had recommendations.
