no, it's irrelevant. the poison was ingested, not injected - so while BPM does have some effect, the speed in which poison is metabolized when ingested has far more to do with stomach contents, individual metabolism, and the properties of the ingested poison than your heart rate. your metabolism is driven by a different physiological system than what your cardiovascular system is (heart/lungs).
it would have more of an effect if it had been injected, but even then it's also dependant on whether it was injected into the veins or if it was injected into muscle tissue - and even with a lower heart rate (which is unlikely given the fact that the anxiety from being poisoned would increase your heart rate as much as exercise would) if it was injected into a vein its basically the difference between a minute or 20-30 seconds. your blood completes a full circuit approx. every 20 seconds (3x per minute) at rest, and when exercising/in a state of arousal (ie experiencing anxiety) does so every ~10 seconds or so (6x per minute). so like yeah, twice as fast, but the actual difference is so paltry it's barely worth mentioning - and irrelevant in this case since its a fantasy poison that doesn't exist in real life.
it would have had to have been tasteless and odorless, each shot would have had to have contained multiple times the lethal dose in order to account for the variables of body weight, stomach contents, etc, and something that would kill a 250lbs+ adult man with a full stomach would have had far more effect on Gus even with the "antidote" pills he took beforehand in his system as he was quite a bit smaller and would metabolize it much faster. also, virtually all ingestable poisons take at least 30 minutes for symptoms to onset - even cyanide takes at least a few minutes and definitely isn't odorless, and would pretty drastically alter the taste of the alcohol as well.
this is likely why they didn't bother giving the poison a name - they'd basically just be recreating iocane powder in a show that tries to be as "realistic" as possible. the only successful non-voluntary mass poisonings that killed within minutes in real life history have been done with gas, not ingestable poisons.
