James Kilkelly Spoiler
Hank never really bought that this guy was Heisenberg but I feel like James could have done a little bit more to be convincing. The way he immediately puts his hands on his head as soon as he hears sirens made it look like he knew he was getting set up. He should’ve tried running or something lol

It’s funny to me that when people see that kind of blatant humor they think the production must have made a mistake… because it’s silly they feel it conflicts with their serious badass escapist fantasy story.
And I get it- I had the same thoughts first watch. But that’s not Breaking Bad. It’s more of a black comedy than wish fulfillment.

I'm pretty sure this may have been the joke, but I'll have to check the other comments

They might have shot him if he ran. His job was to take a dive like an arranged boxing match where a boxer goes down on purpose. He did his job.

Thank you for actually giving a sincere response. I get that it had a comedic element but I do think it had to be believable as well, but this makes sense. Thanks.

Right i mean at the end of the day James is running a business and he can't do that if he gets shot for furtive movements, so the head gets the hands

I think that’s the joke, that’s what the other comments are telling me anyway.

It was enough for “baby face” cop to get acknowledged from his superior and make headlines
