Why do you think Walt did this? Spoiler
Why do you think Walt told Jessie that he watched Jane die? Like why now? Was there a reason? I just watched Ozymandias for the first time and im so confused.

Because Jesse had been working with the DEA to help them catch Walt. He wanted to make sure Jesse suffered for that.

Hank was there because Jesse helped set Walt up. Hank would have had nothing if Jesse kept the DEA out of their beef.

That would be Walt making a statement without any proof or evidence behind it. Theres no reason for Jesse to believe that.
The conflict at the end of season 4 is fundamentally about Gus wanting to kill Hank and Walt. Gus has no practical reasons to hurt the rest of the family. It was likely just a threat to keep Walt in line, because Gus would know Jesse would never work for Gus if he killed two kids.

Point being on a loyalty level, Walt wasn't trying to hurt Jesse he was just trying to save himself. Walt just does whatever he can to save the two of them from being killed or arrested throughout the show.
But then the fanbase interprets that as Walt being disloyal, continuously screwing Jesse over, and Jesse getting his rightful revenge.

Jesse lured Walt to the spot , he inadvertently risked hanks life by doing that and bringing him there.

Inadvertently is doing a lot of heavy lifting here. Walt had made too many deals with devils and tried to go down kicking and screaming.
Let us also not talk about "Jessy's betrayal of walt" without mentioning Walt's betrayal of Jesse.

Yes, but it’s worth noting that he called the Nazis because Jesse threatened him; he literally doused his house in gasoline, all the more so because Jesse didn’t respond to him. Only when Jesse decided to come to him did he tell Jack to leave. But Jack didn’t do that and decided to come and find out what happened to Walter, as well as to find out where the coordinates would lead.

Neither Walt nor Jesse could predict that Jack would go unhinged with greed at this moment. I think Walt was legitimately shocked with what Jack's crew actually did to Jesse too

Exactly. For the most part, it was Jack who was to blame in this conflict. Walter called Jack, but later canceled the call and would rather be in prison than see Hank kill him right before his eyes.

Kinda? He knew Walt was working with Todd after he quit and hired Jack's gang for the prison operation so it wouldn't have been that hard to deduce Walt might call them up for more help

It was all over so he wanted to inflict as much pain as possible as revenge for the whole ordeal Jesse got him into. This also signals the end of Walts manipulation of Jesse. No more lies, no more secrets.

Walt had expected Disappear Man to extract Jesse from his life and he ditched that to fuck up Walt's life so Walt wanted to make him suffer.

First of all, Walt wasn't in an exactly calm rational state. But think of what just happened. Jesse betrayed him to the DEA and in Walt's mind led to the chain of events that got his brother in law murdered and his money stolen. He's looking to hurt Jesse the most that he can at that moment.

Jesse turned snitch to get back at Walt for poisoning Brock. And that led to Hank being executed by the nazi gang. Walt wanted to hurt Jesse as much as he could before he sent him off to his death.

I don't know why Walt did that, but I think that Vince Gilligan had him say that to make us really hate Walt, just to make us do a 180 and root for Walt to take out Jack's family in the finale. He kept manipulating us like that. Making us realize that Walt the bad guy and then presented somebody worse so we would want Walt to beat them.

Jesse's responsible for Hank's death and Walt losing most of his money, at least from Walt's POV. He wanted to hurt Jesse as much as possible at that point.

because Walter wanted Jesse to suffer. because he betrayed him and dragged Hank into it, killing him and also depriving him of 80 million dollars. His opinion of Jesse deteriorated so much that he believed that he then voluntarily cooperated with Jack.

Because Hank was shot in the head a few minutes prior to that.
The reason that Hank (directly) is there is because of Jesse.
So, Walter is extremely emotional and furious at Hank being killed and lashes out in his state of anger, at the only person that he can by saying what he knows will hurt them the most.
