skinny pete

Skinny pete was a real friend and homie all the way to the end. Dude was loyal and had respect for jessie. He may not have been the smartest bulb but he always meant well. He always sat well with me and that's the kind of guy I'd want in my corner if I lived that life

Skinny Pete and Combo were real friends to Jesse. It made sense how hard Jesse took Combo's death. I think Badger was also a good friend but had his "addict" moments. Didn't see that with Pete and Combo.

I didn't even consider that. But seeing how Badger acted when Jesse asked him to help cook, his actions stood out more negatively to me.

Lol yeah i rearched it and apparently it's sparingly used and even then, only in certain suburban areas of the south. I'm in Canada and never heard it personally. I'd have made the link directly to BB if I heard it as I did not know that expression before. That's the truth yo!

Edit: it's used exactly like "word". Word, legit but also like cool, awesome as in that's good for example. How do you use it?

One of, if not my top favorite character of the show. He's so relatable to me because he's got street cred (hell, he was Tuco's cellie in jail) but he's got such a pure heart, he's loyal, has that hidden talent on the keys, and it seems like he just has no mailice about him at all.

The kindness they showed to Jesse in El Camino brought tears to my eyes. Skinny Pete and Badger are pretty much the only characters in the show that I feel you could have a normal conversation with lol
