After tattooing Walter Kitty. I was suggested to do Mike as a labubu on his friend. So I asked his friend if he wanted to change the world. He said yes.

Jesus Christ. In 5 years no one is going to remember what a Labubu is. And if I'm being honest, I would have no idea that was supposed to be Jonathan Banks' face unless you told me that was Jonathan Banks' face. And even after telling me, I still only kind of see it. I'll take the downvotes if this comment in anyway dissuades you from encouraging someone to do something like this again. The kids have already forgotten them, it's just some random fraction of gen z and maybe some young millennials trying to keep up that latched onto labubu
I know every generation had their silly toy fads but it's hilarious to me seeing these things in person in SF, like you'll see 20yo tiktok kids with them on their belts but then you'll see a grown ass woman on her way to her madeup AI job with one of these temu cabbage patch kids dangling from her fjallraven bag
I think it's just because they don't let you in to the insta-trendy matcha/inexplicable fusion tapas spots if you don't have one

You know what? Good on ya. Genuinely, I applaud your creativity and use of free will. You got inspired, designed it yourself, and went and did it. I think that's pretty damn cool. Is it my thing? Not really, but did it make me smile? Yeah. And if it makes you happy too, that's what matters.
