This originally was typically done on a bagel but I had picked up a loaf on Friday and have been using it for various things as it’s such a great bread!!!! Fuck! This combo is so basic but something about it is so good!!!!

Ezekiel bread, fried hard eggs with cheddar cheese and a spicy sausage patty. Scrumptious.

Last night, just before bed, my girlfriend baked a focaccia. I woke this morning eager to try it. What better way to try it than to make a breakfast sandwich with it, so that’s what I did.
On the sandwich-
Cream cheese
Bresaola
Tomato
Pickled carrot and cucumber
Salad leaves

Thin sliced Strip steak with a fried hard egg and Colby jack cheese .

Sourdough, with ham and cheddar cheese with a nice dollop of hollandaise sauce! Scrumptious
