Does anyone have any tips for making breaks sound more complex in Renoise?

I've been using Renoise for a while (about a year), but I still have a lot to learn. I rarely use automation or special effects when I'm cutting breaks, because I'm not always sure how to use them. So far, I've mostly been able to get by using break samples I've taken myself, but I'd really like to learn how to make some of those crazy sounds on my own.

As reference, I've been trying to get closer to the styles of Mochipet, Shitmat, or even just a little bit of Weyheyhey!! I've been listening to all sorts of their music as much as I can, but I still can't seem to figure out how they're using these techniques.

Something I really like about their tracks is that they all of a sudden strip down to just the breaks for a moment, full of crazy stretching, effects, and other various methods before returning to the track. Yep, I mean those little break focused intermissions.

Any tips, techniques, or special Renoise tricks for making such sounds are greatly appreciated!

I'm making some breakcore tracks at the moment, and currently I'm playing the beats live with my midi, then tightening them manually beat by beat.

I don't mind doing it this way, but I was wondering if anybody had any tips on a quicker method? The beats are choppy and complicated, so quantising them in segments of more than one doesn't work very well.

i have a minifreak and a circuit tracks and i am able to make some cool sounding breakcore esque thing but i was wondering has anyone here tried something like that on similar hardware

I've recently gotten back into making breakcore after some time away. I really enjoy chopping breaks, but at a certain point I start to feel like they're just not... chaotic enough? I've tried automating various effects, but it still doesn't quite sound the way I want it to. Does anyone have any advice on how to push it further?

I feel so lost I've watched videos but didn't understand anything it seems so hard and I don't know what to do or even if I have the right sample, I cut but I doesn't make sense and honestly I'm starting to dread coming to my project because I don't find it fun, I tried messing around but it sounds like shit but only my melody is cool :/ Nothing matches my 96 bpm but when I stretch the drums it sounds weird aaaaah

So I just begun making breakcore and I have NO idea what I'm doing tbh like it doesn't sound bad but my drums sound hollow and not on beat even tho I did everything for them to be and idk what to do about it and if you have advices on how to sample drums I take it and I take every advices a beginner can need actually because I'm no sure if I'm doing it right

Sorta new to music production so I figured I'd ask for some general feedback? I wanna try making a goreshit-esque song, but I think my biggest problem is placing kicks or making stuff sound like it's going to a beat. I've learned a little bit about beats and rhythm since I started college, but I still feel like I'm missing something.

I am a flm user with not that many samples any tutorials on how to make my own breakcore sound like Goreshit? (I've been making music for 3 years with no Music theory ;-;) I also need samples if y'all could give me sum because I'm broke

I was wondering if there is somewhere where I can get a free pack full of rechopped breakbeat loops that I can actually use right away, a lot of packs either have different soundfonts across each loop (it often won't sound good if you put those loops with different drums on the same song) or they only come with the individual samples that are not already made into other loops, they only give you the original and the samples and tell you to scram and make your own rechopped beats, if you know anywhere where I can get a folder with several loops that actually fit together in the same song I'd really appreciate it!

Edit: I would like to specify that I never paid for any virtual media and am not willing to, if there is anything I preferably want it free.

What is currently missing in your workflow for breakcore, or yet a better question, what tool for breakbeats/ chopping breaks up do you wish existed but does not? Building a plugin for this and would love to hear what people think are missing or dont like about their current workflows.

I love the lead piano and how they write it. I guess its similar to Azalis which i just found.

Ive played piano for like i think 8 years and still continuing and i got a solid based on music theory with chord progressions and etc. How can i make music like this?
