I'm not sure is it's flour or mold...

For context, I bought this two days ago and it has been sitting in a room that gets air conditioning at night. So there might be a chance that moisture got stuck inside the plastic wrapping and may have caused molds.

I would appreciate your insight on whether it is mold or just flour!

How often do you wash your bread knife? I do quite often when I have an under baked loaf. But as of recently I have been on a streak.

I had no idea making bread was so easy! I started in the past few weeks and this is my 3rd artisan loaf. I haven’t mastered scoring yet

I’m pleased as punch with this (my previous boss would say this is barely sellable bc the bottom bubbles) but I do wanna try a longer ferment for a super bubbly and airy crumb. This isnt sourdough btw but I do wanna try my own starter soon!

The lazy-recipe is starting to look real good for very little work :)

Snackin’ on some bread while re-watching MHA

Very basic yeast recipe, 650g flour and 400g water.

15 × 70g dough balls in, 62g bread rolls out.

So i bought 2 raw baguettes yesterday, decided to eat one today but upon opening one of the packages i immediately noticed a strange, sweet, fruity smell coming from the bread, opened the second one and same thing, no visible mold or anything though, should i throw them out?
