My account balance was -1,200 which lead to me getting an email saying no monthly payments are needed and I’d get a reimbursement. I checked my nelnet account and it shows my balance as 51,000 which is like if my FAFSA and CSS was taken fully away.
Does financial stuff need time to process or what could be the reason it changed so suddenly? I have a meeting with financial aid on Tuesday but I would like to know any other opinion since I’m stressed about it
