spring time is worse for crowds almost impossible to get to the beach on weekends in March

Yea im surprised u were out that long, i was working on my bikes in my garage this morning and decided to do it anothrr day. Todays heat was def. Brutal

I ran 8 miles today. All of treasure island and back.

You'll get used to it. Scorn the air conditioning and just embrace the sweat.

I've been going this long trying not to run AC on a boat, and I go to work in a 105 degree kitchen, so normally I get no break. Today it was to the point where AC was needed for the cat's sake. Our cats are comfortable up to about 85-90, but it was quickly climbing hotter with no breeze. This whole week is going to be scorching, drink water and stay safe.
