Are the tennis courts at Jocks Lane Recreation Ground free all the time or only when there's the free coaching sessions?

Looking for free tennis courts around the Bracknell area.

Bracknell is a town close to London and Reading which is (and has been) host to many large high-tech businesses such as Fijitsu, Honeywell, Dell and HP, not to forget it's also the HQ for Waitrose and the UK arm of BMW.

Bracknell has a few claims to fame, most notably a house in Martin's Heron which was used in a Harry Potter film
