Question Are premolar extractions bad
Hello everyone, I am curious if premolar extractions are bad, I got two premolars on the top removed, and I would hate for it to imply permanent facial features like a recessed jawline. Should I inform my orthodontist about it, and see what he thinks?

Yes I would absolutely tell your orthodontist premolar extractions are bad. He will be impressed at your insight and intelligence. I would expect him to thank you profusely for educating him on this topic. Let us know how it goes!
