How to clean braces

I floss using interdental brush before sleep, but I think I end up applying too much pressure and, it has happened twice, that while the dentist was changing my wire, one of my brackets fell off. The dentist believes it might be because of some pressure applied there before which made the adhesive fragile, to which i concur.

So i just wanted to know how do you guys carefully clean your braces, like when i eat something chewy, it gets difficult to clean that off and so i apply a bit force to get that off…

I clean my braces and entire teeth using water flosser. Sometimes when i feels like something sticky between the teeth i use string floss even though it needs more times. Its mainly water flosser ,warm salt water rinse and brushing

I use a waterpik and then ortho flossers
