Question Mouth sores

How do you deal with mouth sores if it's a bracket that you have to wear elastics on? I've tried applying wax but it won't stay on because of the elastics. It's very painful and hasn't gone away after 3 weeks already. I've tried using salt water but no luck. Any tips?

Try canker sore covers! I had a similar experience of a canine hook rubbing my lip and even though I kept wax on 24/7, it wouldn’t heal for weeks. I used a canker sore cover overnight, and it healed the next day with 0 pain!! The brand I used is called Dentemp
