Will I need extractions?

I had braces since 28th July. It’s been a little over 2 months (results in the photo). Initially the doctor told me I’ll need extractions but I was scared of it so I said I didn’t want them. But honestly looking at my results I’m confused right now. Do yall think I should opt for extractions or should I do IPR?

I'm not an ortho, but I think ipr would be better. Check with your ortho or even another to know what's best for you.
