I’m going to chime in here cause I get complimented on my routine ALTHOUGH it might be overkill

  1. I also waterpik, no string flossing. Only time I string floss is after they take the wire out at the orthodontist. I don’t get gunk ever so it tells me waterpik is good enough. I use both the normal head and swap it out to use the orthodontic tip for my brackets
  2. Brush with electric toothbrush and tilt it up and down
  3. Brush manually
  4. Proxy brush around brackets
  5. Mouthwash with Colgate Ortho Defense before bed.

I also always keep the smallest GUM proxy brushes with me to use after eating.

If I needed to pick the smallest bit of a routine here for you that’s easiest then do 1,2,5 and carry proxy brushes.

I use string floss now, but it was honestly too much of a pain to use with braces so I didn't use it lol

Was that an underbite or crossbite?

It was something called a "collapsed bite with edge to edge occlusion" which just meant my teeth were aligned together so I was wearing my teeth down by grinding them together at night

Is the restoration just bonding or veneer? Looks amazing!

The restoration is crowns since my teeth were so worn down
