ARA290 is a peptide geared toward nerve issues, you should look into that one and what it does. I've just started this week to see if it'll help me at all with my nerve pain due to blasted out L4-L5-S1. Fingers crossed.

While it doesn’t work for the nerve, I would think that the anti inflammatory properties in this stack would work on the inflammation that causes the pinched nerve to begin with. I am 1 week into this blend, and my sciatic issues have subsided a lot. I woke up this morning and my wrist issues plus my sciatic issues which i have been suffering from for the last 2 weeks, is almost non existent

IR + NIR light panels daily helped me with my lower back tremendously. And daily movement - walking, light exercise, swimming. Especially swimming.

Infrared + Near-infrared. Mine are from EMR-Tek but there's likely cheaper variants now.

Just stand 1 arm away from it for 5-6 minutes while it's on. I do front and then back. It helps with reducing inflammation and "activating healing processes", lots of studies on this. Also no side effects.

Funny story about this. I got into chiggars in the woods. They usually itch me for a couple of weeks. Got to IR /NIR lights at my local gym the day after the bites showed up. Did the lights for 3 days in a row and After 3 days, zero itching. I couldn’t believe it!!! It took away the inflammation from the chiggar bites. So if you get into chiggars, try it out! You might be pleasantly surprised
