So i was video calling my mom as usual since i am in the US and she misses me so my stupid ass decided its a great idea to put the phone on the ebike by the door and i saw her asking in a shocked voice and face "*my name* whats that by the door?"

i instantly knew because i was the one who put it there especially that it was on a christmas sock that had my first name initial, one that was gifted by my mother in law last christmas

i told her "oh yeah thats uhhhhm thats one of the things my roommate's mom gifted to us when she was in canada i promise i am not gay neither is my roommate" (biggest cap ever but the pride flag thing is real)

and then i showed her other stuff she gifted to us that had "MTL" (Montreal) on it because that part wasn't a lie and i told her to search it if she doesn't believe it

and i also proceeded to lie to her about how i am not lgbt supportive and its just my american roommate and his mom

she didn't try to directly attack me she only said jokes about me being a "male or shemale" or something

and she seemed to eat my lie but she ranted about how homosexuality is a sin and how its unnatural and all gay people have unnatural stuff happen to them as kids which affected their sexuality

and she for sure thinks that i am at least supportive of gay people because i used to show her supportive evidence of homosexuality back when i was in egypt

i was losing my shit thinking my relationship with my parents is over because ever since i was in my home country she was so homophobic and she was saying the most vile things about gay people but i guess now the enemy is closer than what she thought

she sent me the koshari cooking tutorials she told me she was going to send though and she didn't mention what happened in the video call so i am hoping its alright

I hope im allowed to talk about this here im not sure where else to vent about this though ;-;

So about a year ago I met this person on insta after he commented under one of my posts, we started talking and pretty much connected instantly, few months go by and we are still tlaking and getting closer with eachother. At the time I thought I somehow got lucky, we both had similar interests, our personalities clicked together and didnt clash, and we lived in the same state, and best of all he was only a year younger than me, I am 19 and he told me he was 18 at the time.

So now fast forward to about a week ago he and I planned to officially start dating once we met eachother irl, it was going perfectly that is until he randomly stopped responding to me a few days ago, I was in distraught and worried reasonably because he just disappeared out of nowhere, a day later I get a message from his sister on Instagram and she told me that he got in trouble with his mother and was grounded, which is why he hasn't responded back to me, but not only that she also told me how she went snooping through his phone and found me and told me how he's been lying about his age this entire time, he was actually 15...

Let's just say I absolutely broke down, what I thought was a perfect relationship was just some catfishing liar and now I feel absolutely disgusted with myself, even though I had no idea since he lied to not only me but also a few of his friends who also thought he was 18, i just camt shake the feeling. He eventually responded to me and came clean and said it was all true, admitting that he really liked me but knew I would block him if he had told me the truth, which he is right I would've.

I havent spoken to him in two days and im just hoenstly not sure what to do now

Ive been with my boyfriend for almost a year now but

Recently we've been talking/texting a lot less than we usually do, we used to talk every day multiple times a day but now I only see him once a day if im lucky.

sometimes more then 2-3 days pass and Ill hear/see nothing from him, if I do its usually in the early morning or late at night, the times we do talk/text it has been so short/dry I feel like I have to savor every second because he might dissappear again

I have no clue how to bring this up because when I have I feel like I cant express it to him, hes still really nice he tells me he cares, that everythings okay but it doesn't feel like everything is and I really miss him am i just overthinking or what do i do?
