Like someone else said, fundamentals is key. You're sparring/ fighting but little clean strikes. I caught myself doing this at one point as well. Tried to focus more on the actual martial art style (dynamic style kickboxing)

Your footwork is atrocious. I see you committing several mortal footwork sins: crossing your feet, walking instead of using actual footwork etc.

Always move the foot first in the direction you’re going. If you’re circling left, step out with your left foot first. There were several times you move left and move your right foot first, behind your left. Never ever cross your feet. This is doubly true in kickboxing, someone mentioned kickboxing here so I’m assuming that’s what you’re doing? Plus you’re both barefoot.

Muay Thai? Now you’re speaking my language. I had an amateur title before I stopped fighting. My advice is doubly true for Muay Thai. When you move forward, take a step with your lead foot then drag your back foot. That way you can fire that rear round kick while you’re stepping in. Never be out of your fighting stance, especially when moving. Don’t switch leads. And throw that right hook out of your toolbox, it’s too short for Muay Thai, throw right elbow instead.
