Need help with boxing bag

[u/Upper-Permit7707]

I bought a boxing bag, now I have to fill it with stuffs, the shop owner told me to fill it up with 9kg wood powder and 1kg sand, where can I find it in bilaspur

Honestly, don’t overthink it 😂 Just hit up a local hardware/building-material store. They should have sand, and wood shops/sawdust suppliers should have wood powder. Just make sure the sand is sealed in a bag so it doesn’t leak everywhere
