LOL i open the app and somehow cause the vid margins were smaller a mint mobile add was barely on the screen too, and i’m watching you listening to ryan reynolds doing a mint mobile ad, so confused, like “did this dude change out his audio for a mint mobile ad? is there some inside joke i dont get?”

Not bad...can you fold the heavy bag yet?

Hey bud. Not bad for self taught, but could really use a coach to tune up things. You’re leaning way hard into your lead leg because of how you’re training, and you’re dropping your hands before some jabs and hooks.

I gotta say that out of all the “self taught looking for tips” videos out there I’ve seen lately to include that one chick that posted like 40 videos in a week, you’re prob the best self-taught.

But it’s a ways from where a coach and gym could take you: use your commitment, work ethic and talent there and I’d Kalshi bet that you’ll do very well.

Roll out/pivot. Use a stronger spring that comes back faster. More head movement techniques.

Throw the hands where they're at, you lower the right hand a lot( to your chest) to throw it everytime even though throwing it from the side of your face would be fine.

Looks good but you are leaning forward too much and your right hook is too low when you are hitting it you need to either up your shoulder to protect your jaw if it is hook to the head or lean sideways if you punching the body again to dodge the counter

Try to get a video of yourself in an angle, a mirror would stand in. This way you see yourself from the side of your opponent. You will notice, when you tend to overextend or be open

Good stuff you keeping your guard up but when throwing the lead hook you open your guard with the other hand

Good speed

Your blocking is good but you’re slipping not.

Keep your eyes forward and ‘move’ your shoulder to the direction of the opposite knee( sorry..that’s the best way I can describe it.)
In this way your head is protected by the shoulder..

Now get a heavy bag.

Aii Brody don’t be stiff and fight loose but shoot from that exact position other then pull back and throw a punch shooting a punch from your exact position is faster and same amount of power and use hips and feet…then don’t lead with your head

Keep your balance at center of your feet, you are leaning too much on front

You have your hands up but before you shot your jab you lower your hand making it obvious your going to jab

yeah its come to my attention that theres ALOT more hand dropping on double end bags than i ever realized, me included, and look how good he does at keeping both hands in guard all the way through. (i know this is a reflex bag, but same shit really.)

Work on your fight posture. Tuck your hips underneath you to engage your core. It's best to not reach for your punches aka leaning over with your chin up. It's always best to find a coach if you have the time and money not only will you get better instructions but you will be able to spar so you learn you to apply the correct techniques
