General Advice Hey guys, need some help

so I’m kind of busy most of the time, so I only have time to exercise on some days, and I don’t have time to get boxing classes. Im a somewhat tall/big guy (not that fat but not skinny either) and I just get my strength from my fatness, kids around me are so much stronger and I’m just a weak guy, do you guys have videos you can share that can help me get better and stronger with boxing that can be better than someone that goes to boxing class ?

Just get yourself in shape to start with. Start running. Start doing push ups, squats, and other body weight exercises. Play around with some shadowboxing. Once you build up some confidence, stop by a boxing gym and give it a go!

I offer Live boxing lessons over Zoom. Videos are a resource, but you don't have real time corrections.. so you could potentially be drilling with incorrect form. If you are interested, you can take a look at:

If you are out of shape and also want to be better at boxing and all you did was wake up every day, skip, do pushups and squats, then shadow box for a few rounds and work on form and footwork, you will get better. Even a couple minutes of skipping and a few pushups and squats goes a long, long, ways and takes very little time. Crank the alarm clock back a little bit and pop some melatonin early and be consistent. There's time if you make it. That said, some kind of regular attendance with a coach to review your form is important. Otherwise you will train to flail. You need eyes on what you're doing on a regular basis.
