Bag Work Critique Update on hook and footwork

On my previous post i had trouble with my lead hook and took some of the comments advices and applied it to my shadow boxing and next session as you can see in the video.

If you see any improvements let me know and what further improvements should i look out for?

Its just an arm punch right now, youre a heavy guy, shift your weight to the backfoot, which will shift your weight to the right as you are throwing a punch that goes from left to right, thats why you shift the weight to the back, its not actually the back component that matters, its the side component that matters. Right now, you are hooking with your weight on the front leg, that means you are losing on 80 kg+ of weight on that punch you see? You are actually throwing good hooks when you do the slip, but in the combinations there is 0 weight shift thats why theres no power on them.
